Extrusion pads
Main method for the production of extruded pads where through specialized head fed both fiber and melt plastic. From the nozzle exit wearing polyethylene tape called tampon rope that passes through the cooling bath and by means of retractable rollers is directed to a cutting device for cutting the pads of a given length.
Main raw materials for the manufacture of tampons are: polyester fiber and polyethylene.
Large part of the pads is manufactured in the factory. Import swabs are used for office products.
